1. The service

Pakkawork is a tool that helps you create contracts from your conversations, share them with clients for OTP acknowledgement, track milestones, send reminders, and compile evidence packs. It is a software tool, not a law firm.

2. Not legal advice

Pakkawork generates documents based on standard Indian freelance practice. This is not legal advice and does not replace a qualified lawyer. For high-value or complex projects, please consult a legal professional. You are responsible for reviewing every contract before sending it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pakkawork to create fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful agreements, or to harass anyone. You must have the right to use any conversation content you submit.

5. Payments

Where payment links are enabled, funds move directly between you and your client through a third-party payment provider. Pakkawork never holds, processes, or has any claim over those funds, and is not responsible for the underlying transaction.

6. Plans and billing

Pakkawork offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid features and prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; your contracts and evidence packs remain downloadable.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pakkawork's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including unrecovered client payments.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Pakkawork website and app — including text, design, code, branding, and documentation — is owned by or licensed to Pakkawork and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The contracts you generate are your documents. We claim no ownership over your contract content or client data.

Third-party trademarks mentioned on this site (including WhatsApp, UPI, Razorpay, Google, Meta, and others) are the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.

9. User content and indemnity

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you input (including any chat content, client details, and contract terms). You must have the right to use any content you submit.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pakkawork harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, including any disputes with your clients.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
