Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies only to fees charged directly by Pakkawork for access to the control plane. It does not cover charges imposed by Google, another connected provider, an identity service, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, a bank, or another third party.

Developer is free and requires no card to start. Because Pakkawork does not charge a fee for Developer access, there is no Pakkawork plan amount to refund for that plan.

The applicable fee, term, renewal behaviour, included controls, retention, and any negotiated cancellation or refund right must be stated in the checkout, order form, or signed agreement presented for Team or Enterprise access.

Do not rely on an earlier page, screenshot, or informal message if it conflicts with the order terms accepted for the workspace.

A workspace owner may request cancellation through an available account control or by contacting admin@pakkawork.com from the account email. The effective date and any remaining access follow the controlling order terms.

Cancellation stops future renewal only when the applicable commercial terms provide for renewal and the request is received before the relevant cutoff.

Refund eligibility is determined by the controlling order terms, the reason for the request, service usage, and applicable law. This policy does not promise a refund merely because access was unused, partially used, or cancelled after a term began.

Where mandatory law provides a cooling-off, withdrawal, or remedy right, that right applies according to its conditions.

Contact admin@pakkawork.com promptly if a Pakkawork charge appears duplicated, differs from the accepted order, or was not authorised. Include the workspace, charge date, amount, and a non-sensitive transaction reference. Never email full card details, passwords, provider tokens, or agent keys.

Send the request from the workspace account email to admin@pakkawork.com. Pakkawork may ask for information needed to verify the account and charge. If a refund is approved, the return route and timing depend on the original billing channel and financial institution.

Pakkawork may update this public policy as plans and billing channels evolve. A revised date will identify the current version. A signed order controls its commercial subject, while mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
