Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Pakkawork plans. It applies to subscriptions purchased on pakkawork.com. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to this policy.
1. Free plan
Pakkawork offers a free plan that covers your first three projects at no cost. No payment is collected for the free plan, so no refund applies to it.
2. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our third-party payment provider. The applicable price, billing cycle, and any free-trial period are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
3. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed. If you do not cancel, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it is not renewed. We do not auto-charge after a confirmed cancellation.
Your generated contracts and evidence packs remain downloadable in line with our data-retention practices, even after you downgrade to the free plan.
5. Refunds
Monthly plans: fees already paid for the current month are generally non-refundable, because the service is delivered immediately and continuously. You can cancel to stop future billing.
Yearly plans: if you cancel within 7 days of the initial yearly purchase and have not made substantial use of paid-only features, you may request a pro-rated or full refund at our discretion. After 7 days, yearly fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
Duplicate or erroneous charges: if you are billed in error or charged twice, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
6. How to request a refund
Email admin@pakkawork.com from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 3 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Payments to your clients
Pakkawork does not hold or process payments between you and your clients. Where payment links are enabled, funds move directly between you and your client through a third-party provider. This refund policy covers only your Pakkawork subscription — not any payment a client makes to you.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised 'last updated' date. Continued use of a paid plan after a change means you accept the updated policy.
